Self control is not my strong suit unfortunately so any sort of computer code that may exist that can keep me in line would be quite welcome..

I've been good since making this thread... Only 2 or 3 days I think, but i've got off here really early so that i've got plenty of time to get ready...

Seems when you publicly announce your problems, the sort themselves out..
