I believe a lot of sports have a performance enhancing drug problem. Whether it be known or not.
Holyfield had a tremendous physique when he was down at Cruiser so I don't think it made much difference to that. Plus if you look at James Toneys figure who has been proven to be on steroids twice it doesn't always work like that. Also there have been a few boxers with a good body. There is David Haye nowadays there was Frank Bruno in his day, Kenny Norton had quite a similar Body to Holyfield so I wouldn't say it neccesarily points towards steroid use.
