Holyfield though denies the claims (obviously), and to be honest I really hope that the claims Evan Fields (Holyfields supposed alias) is all just fabricated nonsense.
Holyfield is my favourite ever heayweight so more out of hope than anything I'm going to vote that NO he is not a drug cheat. What do you guys think?
I think it is disrespectful to Muhammad Ali (a legitimate 3 time heavyweight champion),to refer to Holyfield as a 4 time heavyweight champion. Sure Holyfield was a 4 time alphabet titlest, but he was only really a 2 time Heavyweight Champion.

Holyfield has been tested many times as most fighters on the championship level are. Hes never tested positive. Anyone can be accused of steroid use, but until its proven he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Hes always had a good physique, even at 46 and his weight has been consistant. He just trains hard and has good genetics. Being a faster heavyweight who was quick with his hands and feet and never been a monstrous puncher, steroid use would hurt his performance if anything. Also, steroids is known to do a lot of damage to your body. Every steroid user ive seen has not physically looked good in their 40s and their performance drastically changes when they stop using. Holyfield just doesnt fit the part imo.

Its definitely possible, there's probably more guys doing it than we think, it wouldn't shock me if Holyfield, did, always had suspicions about Roy's rise to heavy honestly, but there's no clear evidence about that. Obviously Toney. He's stupid enough to actually fail a drug test, dumb ass If you look at some articles recently it seems pretty much lock tight that Mosley did. Its not a question of whether he did or not, he just says that he didn't know what Balco was giving him but honestly there's not much there at all to support that claim.

if my memory serves, he ballooned up in record time. He is like Barry Bonds: skinny to start, massive to end. Hard work alone doesn't do that.

Yeah, he did bulk up real fast from cruiser to heavy. I am quite sure it's rampant. Some just get caught. All the top level guys are doing it in my opinion.

Like it said in the artical I posted, they only get tested just before the fight, if they were to get randomly tested half way through training im sure loads would be caught and Evan Fields would suddenly feel its the right time to retire
