His style isn't realy that much like floyd. He's got speed and reflexes but he never sets his feet to punch and is moving while punching a lot more than Mayweather. Mayweather at least gets respect for his power and works the body etc. Malignaggi darts in quickly and turns or retreats throwing arm punches. He also looks very small at the weight.

You'd assume that Cotto might get the best of the reffing and if he's allowed to bull Malignaggi early on and rough him up to the body I can see him getting to him and stoppin him late.
