200lbs would have been his non training weight, when he moved up to heavy he was solid, it has to be steroids, to do that naturally would take a couple of years if its possible, ask any bodybuilder or aspiring bodybuilder and they will tell you how hard they find it to put on muscle, yet Holyfield, Jones,Toney and Mosely all go up in weight and have vastly more muscled bodys.

Although Toney was carrying fat, look at his traps, theyre huge, same as Holyfield.

Im now wondering about Hayes physique, hes put some lean mass on, although he was heavier for Bonin than Barrett, is it possible to gain then lose then gain again

He doesnt look that cut though so could well be just fluids?
It isn't hard for some people to put on muscle, people with good genes can easily pack on muscle. I was pretty slim when i was 16, but i've put on a good 20+ pounds of muscle when i started working out seriously. At about 17 and a half or somewhere round there im now 19.

That's part of your body maturing. College age, till pros kids get bigger and stronger and your body fills out. Not the same when you are a longtime pro athlete and training consistently. It's highly unlikely to put on 10 of muscle in a year without steroids. When you combine that with working with a bodybuilder who has access and knowledge of what, when, and how to take them....... it's hard to say no. I admire Holyfields fighting spirit, steroids can't impact that but most likely ALL top level athletes have some experience with steroids.
