Murder implies intent to kill, does it not? Is there an onus on the prosecution to prove intent to kill, or just that he did it?

Anyways, if he doesn't get convicted, I suppose we can expact some serious race riots in Oakland and probably elsewhere.

Hey Lyle the Raiders are better then you might think. It was ok the comment.

But yeah I don't think it's going to stick the murder charge at best they are going to get him to say he meant to use his tazor.
