Sure have Scrap, been doing it religiously, has gotten a lot easier. Sorry I haven't checked this in a while.
One thing which has been annoying me lately is that the days after a running session my lower back is extremely tight. It almost feels like I re-pinch the nerve everytime, now this is extremely frustrating and not sure what could be causing it? Poor running style is the only thing I can think of other than a possible hotspot (stress fracture developing). Last week it got pretty bad and was noticably swollen, so u rested it and it went away pretty quickly. I want to keep up 3 or 4 running sessions a weeks though, which at the moment is impossible to doI seem to get all the luck.
