Gamboa comes out feinting, trying to measure Gonzalez. Jabs from Gamboa, followed by a left hook to the body. Counter right hand from Gamboa but a glancing shot, Gonzalez is blocking quite well, im quite impressed with his defense, he just got clocked though with a left hand. Nice 3 punch combo from Gamboa, nice stick/move tactic in this round from Gamboa. Solis right hand over the top from Gamboa, left hook round the side of Gonzalez's guard. Gonzalez timed Gamboa coming in and lands a glancing right hand at the bell.

Gonzalez needs to up his workrate, Gamboa lands a very unorthodox left hook, damn that was RJJ kind of stuff there. Nice left hook from Gamboa followed by a body shot. 1/2 from Gamboa right down the pipe, combo to the body from Gamboa. Right hand to the body again from Gamboa, Solid left hook/right hand from Gamboa. Short right hook on the inside from Gamboa, body shot from Gonzalez. Counter right hand from Gamboa, looked like Gonzalez landed a low blow at the end of the round there.

Jabs to the head from Gamboa followed by some nice body work. Not much happening at the moment, nice body shot from Gamboa there. Low blows from Gonzalez there i counted 2, until im wrong, flurry on the inside from Gamboa. Only the uppercut landed flush out of that combo. Right hand to the body from Gamboa, right hand to the body followed by a left hook to the head from Gamboa, Gamboa charges in aND stuns GONZALEZ WITH ABOUT 20 PUNCHES IN A ROW THERE GONZALEZ IS HURT HE IS BACKING AWAY TRYING TO SURVIVE AND DOES SURVIVE THE ROUND.

GAMBOA COMES OUT CHARGING AND STUNS GONZALEZ WITH A BARRAGE OF COMBINATIONS, THE REF LOOKING CLOSELY, BUT GONZALEZ SURVIVES THE ONSLAUGHT ONCE AGAIN. Left hook/right hook combo from Gamboa. Solid left hook to the body from Gonzalez, flurry of punches again from Gamboa, nothing coming back from Gonzalez. He's been punched into a shell. Jab from Gamboa, 3 punch combo right down the pipe from Gamboa. Solid body shots from Gamboa, big low blow from Gonzalez the ref calls time out, only for 15 seconds, And there ready to go back to work. Gamboa gets clocked with a counter right hand from Gonzalez. But comes back with a flurry of punches at the bell.

Gamboa comes out swinging, but most of his punches are being blocked. I hate the way Gamboa charges in with his hands down, he's so open for counter shots, body shots from Gamboa. Some shots there on the inside by Gonzalez, some dirty stuff on the inside, the ref tells the fighters to clean it up. Body shots from Gamboa lunging shots, more punches in this round from Gonzalez. But Gamboa still out punched and out boxed Gonzalez, right hand to the body from Gonzalez.

Body and head shots from Gamboa to start the offense going in this round. Nice right hand there from Gonzalez, hard body shot from Gonzalez, right hand in return from Gamboa. Flurry of punches from Gamboa coming forward looking to stop Gonzalez. Nice counter punching there from Gamboa. GAMBOA'S HURT GONZALEZ, GONZALEZ ON THE ROPES GAMBOA UNLOADING WITH A SERIES OF COMBINATIONS GONZALEZ'S MOUTHPIECE COMES OUT AND THE FIGHTS OVER.

GAMBOA WINS BY TKO BIT OF A BAD STOPPAGE IMO.
