How about killing just 2 midgets and making a rope out of their intestines ? Admittedly, you may not get as much intestine out of one of them as you would out of Valuev, but 2 should suffice.

What do they use to get the intestines out fast enough to make a rope with them within 5 minutes? Is that possible without a knife?
