I suspect he was suggesting it was a colour/race thing why you didn't like them.
This also relates back to Memphis's post about being English. Nothing against Khan but overhearing and seeing how some of his fans act (similar to Naz) they do see it as a race thing.
I don't want to go off topic with this.![]()
To be fair, I do think that Khan does get a fair bit of stick for his race. I don't think that's how ICB meant it, but seeing a big number of comments on mainstream websites, I think there was a certain backlash against Khan because of his race/religion. I saw a much higher number of comments about cornershops & how 'indians' weren't genetically suited for sport, which is frankly bollocks.
Anyway I know that in the case where Khan hit the bloke, he did actually stop & didn't drive off, but yeah the guy did become depressed because he couldn't work again or something.
I also know what people mean about Khan being arrogant in a way, because he does come out with shit hypin himself unneccessarily. However, when ever I've seen him not talking about boxing he does seem like a really safe guy so don't know which way to lean, and the crap he got after the Prescott defeat just made me root for him harder. The reality is that he also offers the sport a young, future star.
On the other hand MAB is one of my favourite boxers, but I'm not really sure how much he has got left, & I would rather he lost to Khan & retired than beat Khan & then lost a world title shot. So as of yet I'm still undecided
As a side-note I thought the British media really underestimated just how good MAB was, saying only he had a good record. The guy has been in with some of the best boxers of the past decade!
Right Naz, what shall I do?
Stop driving so fast!
I meant the fight?
Oh right, fuck knows![]()
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

To be truthful, I think quite a few posters on this forum are quite prejudice, some may be so unknowingly. The amount of hate I've seen on this forum for Khan is unbeleivable and I always seemed to wonder, 'why'? I had a pretty good idea as to why but when one of the other members here posted his experience at a bar in England where a Khan fight was being televised and he heard some absoluate horrible, racist remarks against Khan (the same Khan who WON a silver medal FOR England). After reading that post, it solidified my earlier conclusions that there are quite a few people that want Khan to lose are be beaten badly SIMPLY because of his race or religion. I know MANY of you will say otherwise and I honestly don't beleive that for a minute. I'll be the first to say that Hamed was a PRICK. I was the only one amongst my friends who KNEW that Barrera would beat Hamed from pilar to post and he did so...literally and I couldn't be happier. I was ecstatic when Hamed lost because he was way too arrogant but MANY others were happy he lose simply because of his ethnic background and religion. I'm an avid boxer fan and from what I've seen of Khan in regards to his attitude, he's NOTHING like Hamed. I've seen plenty of interviews and he's quite a polite young boxer. Is he confident? Sure, but you have to be when you're in this sport.
MANY of you say that Khan has been fighting bums which I agree with...Yet now that he's stepping up to fight MAB, LOL...you're still giving him shit. Again though, that's your opinion and naturally you're entitled to it.
Anyhow, this was just a mere observation that I've noticed not only on this forum but almost every other forum I've visited.
Peace!
Edit: Sorry for the double post of responding with 'This', I accidently posted it twice as I didn't think it posted the first time.
