I gotta say, it would piss me off talking to a bimbo like that 911 operator on the telephone. It's worse than talking to tech support when your Internet goes out. They make you jump through hoops when you know your setup has not changed in over a year.

I'll bet if you call 911 with a knife in your back, they would ask you how long the knife was there and what kind of a handle it had. Is it a steak knife? Serrated edge? Staineless steel?
