I want Amir to win this one in style, he's not deserving of all the hate he gets.

He's a well spoken, polite young man who has goals and ambitions and isn't afraid to take a risk to try and achieve those goals.

Shame on ICB for wanting to see him smashed as he represents someone with the same mindset as you.

He doesn't drink, he doesn't believe in sleeping around with lots of random women, his family is everything to him and he has a dream to be a world champ just like you have a dream to make the 2012 Olympics.

What exactly is it about him that makes you want to see him get smashed?

Well i certainly wouldn't run someone over then leave em there, he made that guys life a misery he was fucked for life so i heard. And its not only that i just don't like him he's an arrogant moron. And his claim of having 2 percent body fat, aswell as being able to beat Floyd Mayweather is just laughable. He's nothing like me at all he may have the same goals, but i would never make such foolish claims.

Amir never did a hit and run, he stopped and called for an ambulance. Plus he was cleared of dangerous driving, although banned for 6 months for careless driving I believe, regardless it's not something I'd condemn him for, all young teenagers speed sadly, except for you I imagine, I'm sure you stick to the speed limits.

As for his boasts about being a world champion how is that arrogant? You've said repeatedly on here that you intend to make it to the Olympics in 2012, so how is it arrogant for an Olympic Silver Medallist to belive he can go on to be a world champ, but it's not arrogant for a lad on a forum who has been boxing for a year to say he's going to make the 2012 Olympic team?

Not having a go at you Ice, I admire your own determination, just really don't see why you dislike Amir who has been great for British boxing.

This also relates back to Memphis's post about being English. Nothing against Khan but overhearing and seeing how some of his fans act (similar to Naz) they do see it as a race thing.

Hamed ran the fella over and tried to do a runner not Khan. As for the Mayweatehr thing Im sure he said that he fancied his chances in a four rounder. No idea what the body fat commecnt was. You of all people should understand a young man saying things and claiming things that arent actually true.

Exactly, I dislike Khan immensely and I feel no shame in saying I hope he gets flattened. Again. The same goes for Haye too. I couldnt care less if the fighter is British or not. That is completely irrelevant.

The amount of hate I've seen on this forum for Khan is unbeleivable and I always seemed to wonder, 'why'? I had a pretty good idea as to why but when one of the other members here posted his experience at a bar in England where a Khan fight was being televised and he heard some absoluate horrible, racist remarks against Khan (the same Khan who WON a silver medal FOR England). After reading that post, it solidified my earlier conclusions that there are quite a few people that want Khan to lose are be beaten badly SIMPLY because of his race or religion. I know MANY of you will say otherwise and I honestly don't beleive that for a minute. I'll be the first to say that Hamed was a PRICK. I was the only one amongst my friends who KNEW that Barrera would beat Hamed from pilar to post and he did so...literally and I couldn't be happier. I was ecstatic when Hamed lost because he was way too arrogant but MANY others were happy he lose simply because of his ethnic background and religion. I'm an avid boxer fan and from what I've seen of Khan in regards to his attitude, he's NOTHING like Hamed. I've seen plenty of interviews and he's quite a polite young boxer. Is he confident? Sure, but you have to be when you're in this sport.

Thats your opinion. But as far as this fight is concerned its about one of my favourite fighters against a British fighter I really couldnt give a care about. This isnt racism, it is favouritism. And I hope Amir gets stopped. Its as simple as.
