Agreed...Right now Collzao gives a quality fight against any of the champions...He was robbed 3 times now....Maybe not the worst robberies but he was gypt and everyone knows it...Not many have denied it except maybe fanboy's of Hatton........

Collazo could have gotten the dec against Hatton, Mosley and certainly deserved it against Berto IMO........

Collazo is a legit title challenger and threat to all the champions out there....He is not in the Zab Judah catagory where he has been given chance after chance then just blows it by in ring antics.....He gives it his all...

    Certainly has heart.....

Showed me a great chin last night for sure
Luis Collazo could of got the decision against Shane Mosley, are you kidding me ? unless i read that wrong ? that was one of the easiest fights to score, Luis Collazo won 3 rounds at max and had a knockdown against him.

My mistake.....I actually meant to post that his only losses are to Hatton, Mosley and berto so he should be considered a top title challenger still....While thinking about his close losses to Hatton and Berto

He probably could of gave Shane Mosley a tough fight also though, had it not been for that injury. That certainly changed the fight totally, before the injury i thought Luis Collazo was winning.

Last time i watched Luis Collazo vs Ricky Hatton i thought Luis Collazo won, i liked his cleaner more effective work. And im gonna rewatch Andre Berto vs Luis Collazo later and post my scorecard.

Here is my scorecard for Berto-Collazo
rd1. 10-9 Berto: I don't think that one punch Collazo landed while Berto had no feet behind should have been worth more than all the punches Berto landed in particular those right crosses to the body.
rd2. 10-9 Berto: He controlled the round started landing to the head.
rd 3. 9-10 Collazo: Collazo really up'ed the workrate and started landing, but Berto had better defense than he was given credit for and he landed some huge punches, this round could have been 10-10.
rd 4. 8-10 Collazo: I definitely thought it was BS to take the point away, they were barely clinching... Terrible referee. Collazo won the round regardless.
rd 5. 10-9 Berto: he landed the better punches.
rd 6. 10-10 even: Berto started off landing some good jabs and boxing effectively, then he let Collazo take him to the ropes where Luis got some good work done, I think Berto landed more punches, but Collazo pressure can't be ignored.
rd 7. 10-9 Berto: Berto landed better punches, including some big ones.
rd 8. 10-9 Berto: Berto dominated this round, and really lambasted Collazo a few times.
rd 9. 9-10 Collazo: Collazo outworked Berto on the inside, he wasn't scoring hard punches, but he was landing because he was throwing punches in bunches, Berto came on strong at the end, but it wasn't enough.
rd 10. 9-10 Collazo: Same thing as round 9, Berto wasn't busy enough, and Collazo was all over him.
rd 11. 10-9 Berto: Berto uses his amazing speed and starts to pick up the pace again, Collazo has no answer.
rd 12. 10-9 Berto: Berto hurt Collazo to the body, was landing some big punches.

I had it 7-4-1 in favor of Berto, and the score card I had was 115-113.

Dax question did you say this was a robber ealier maybe it was not you not if you have it 114-113 and another guy had it 114-113 for the other guy how it that a robbery all on what the judge liked and like teath said for once the clean effective punches were the one to get it.

Yeah I said it was a robbery...Read through the post and don't just make comments off the one or two post you read and you will know why I scored it 114-113 and why I say it was a robbery,,,,

Pretty sure I am not the only one....

And what about the 116-111....What was that for clean effective being an asshole of a judge....
