What the promoters should have done was shut up about the UK money and rewrite the split 60/40 Hatton UK PPV and 60/40 US PPV buys for Pacquiao with a slight guaranteed purse going to Pacquiao. Since Hatton's crew believes UK PPV are the bigger draw they should have had a problem.
I would venture to say that Hatton would be responsible for 95% of the UK PPV buys and at least 50% of the US PPV buys.

Pacquiao is either delusional or affraid.
