Pacquiao was said to be seeking a 60-40 split, but a spokesman for the Filipino's promoter Bob Arum told BBC Sport he may sign a contract next week.
If it goes ahead, the fight is likely to take place in Las Vegas on 2 May.

"On Tuesday Bob will meet Manny and he hopes to sign him to an agreement," Top Rank's Bill Caplan told BBC Sport.
"If that goes well they will have press conferences in Manila and Cebu City on Wednesday.

"Bob is very optimistic, that's why after a fight week in Los Angeles [Antonio Margarito fights Shane Mosley on Saturday], at the age of 77, he's hopping on a plane to the Philippines."

thats what you call BS. it wont cost him anything coz he will be getting his share no matter what pac gets. he figure since profits will be split 50/50 with GBP, pac should get 50 split with hatton too.
