But it looks likely so i think its perfectly understandable for people to be upset, i know i am considering i rooted for Antonio Margarito in the past. And have been following him for years, i consider that too be one of the worst acts you can do in boxing.

Because not only are you showing you will do anything to win, its also showing you don't care if you seriously hurt or destroy a fighters career. Just to get to the top, i will never ever look at Antonio Margarito in the same light again if its true.

As for ODLH well come on i don't think anyone question's his legacy, but in the last few years he's been bad for boxing and he's been picking on smaller fighters. It was nice to see his plan go down the toilet and get a bit of beating, so he can retire and stop destroying his legacy, when he actually cared about boxing and not just the money.

I didn't see anyone kick Joel Casamayor when he was down, some people actually made excuses for him saying he was way past his best. And that he fought a great fight and was even with Juan Manuel Marquez all the way, i never see any bad comments degrading Joel Casamayor what so ever.

Just because a few people are going over the top, doesn't mean anything you always get that and its expected. No offense i know what your getting at, but i think your going a bit over the top yourself with this thread.

Nothing that bad has happened and if the hand wrap issue is found true its a black eye for boxing and ruins Antonio Margarito totally, and if it's not found true then it just makes some people look stupid and its good for boxing. I think he for certain had his wraps tampered with, but im going to wait for 100 percent proof before i go any further on the matter.
Just focusing on the money point, I suppose you might be right, but I really kinda think you have it backwards. I mean, he's so filthy rich now, he hardly needs the dough, he just fights because he loves to fight, whereas before when he was actually fighting the good fight, the money probably mattered a lot more.
I disagree of course he was fighting for money in his early career, like every fighter does but he was also fighting for legacy/respect he wanted the Mexican fans. To love him like they did JCC, he cared what the fans thought about him.

The names on his record are incredible when he actually cared about boxing, now he just doesn't care and he doesn't love the sport like he used to.

He only fights for money now nothing else not legacy, not for the love of the sport nothing. Just look at the Manny Pacquiao fight for example, he had no fire in his belly what so ever. And theres no way a hungry/prime ODLH would of ever quit on his stool.
Size or not, fighting Mayweather, Pacquiao, and Hopkins is hardly taking the easy road, Forbes and Mayorga were just tune ups, and way better tune ups than most people take.
