Just so you know, Canada's holiday is on July 1st. We call it Canada Day.

This year I plan to eat a beaver.

So do you guys have a day off for the Queens birthday?
We do but we bludge for anything.
I dont think England has a day off for her birthday? which I think is even funnier.

Big let down here for Australia day is that the Aboriginals look at it as if we are celebrating the date of their rape and murder then their kids being stolen.

Another thing is happenig that you wot hear about and thats some groups of young fellas on the piss are going around beating up ethnics with Aussie flags drapped over their shoulders etc.
I am pretty sure we do celebrate the queens birthday. I don't know if it is a holiday or not or if we get a day off. Maybe CFH or Dean or CGM can answer that one...as I don't work and apparantly beggers are not privy to such things.

No worries on the aboriginal deal and the guilt associated with it and Canadians. We pretty much drove all of ours onto reserves to live in dire poverty, stealing their land and having our way with their wives and daughters, while calling them dirty savages...and still today hold them in disrespect/regard.
