Hatton. It's pretty simple. Pacqiaou is Hatton's second bona fide p4p ranked fight who is at his his peak. Weight is not an issue for Pacqioau and after the fight, if Hatton wins, nobody can say he had moved too high after his win over Oscar.

Manny on the other hand has had so many world class fights that even if he beats Hatton, it will not add so much to his reputation. In saying that, if it is a one sided stoppage, it wouldn't detract from his record lol.
