Russia and Sheffield have something in common regarding Rivers what is it. also Rome has something in common with Sheffield regarding Rivers whats that, just came into my Head

Actually the Russian one is hard, being a Sheffield lad I found it interesting they have both got a River Don, the Russian one is bigger by about 2,000 miles . The Sheffield Don 40 years ago rats couldnt live in it it was toxic, now its got Barbell and Salmon amazing

Lake Ontario and Erie, of the Great Lakes, are like that. Back in the '70s they were polluted to hell, now they are not that bad, thanks to cleanup efforts and pollution controls. Just goes to show, Mother Earth can work wonders to heal herself if you give her half a chance.
