Nope, I don't assume he's innocent. That is why I am saying that Nazim has every right to check. In other topics I have said that I would be as dissapointed as anybody if he was found guilty.
Rape topic? *sigh* We can use any other topic if you want but that is the first one that came to mind when it comes to damaging someone's image/reputation. Let me explain again. Used that example because if a guy is falsely accused and the court finds him innocent, his reputation is damaged regardless of him being innocent. But what happens to the girl? NOTHING. Ok, now, if Margarito is found innocent of all this, it doesn't matter, his reputation will be damaged anyways (just like the example I used with the falsely accused guy). As of Nazim, he will be just fine, he was just "doing his job" which is TOTALLY FINE! any corner would want to make sure things are done right.
That is why I used that example. Is it that complicated for you? Seems like we are going around circles.
Why is no one mentioning the fact that the Nevada State Athletic Commission said that Shane passed a polygraph when questioned about "knowingly" using steroids? He didn't know and he passed a poly. . .and signed a statement for the NSAC saying the same thing. According to his statement, Mosley said he told BALCO president Victor Conte he didn't want to take any banned substances because he knew Fernando Vargas had been suspended for nine months and fined $100,000 in 2002 after testing positive for steroids following his match against De La Hoya.

It's not complicated for me at all. You called the people questioning his guilt, debating it 'like those goldigging slutty whores who falsely accuse rich men of rape '. and I pointed out the flaw in your arguement. Which is...no one wins anything here. It's not the first place I'd go for anything...
So basically you are attacking people who may not agree with you. And you also want them to sit and not speculate (as supported by you suggesting Danny should)...the whole while as you add your opinion.
And that, my friend, is hypocrisy.
So I don't really have any more to add on the matter, with you. Other then, don't throw stones and expect not to catch a few.
You clearly didn't understand my point. Took the word "goldigging" out and even the whole rape example just in case and numbered them from 1 to 4 for you just to show that the accuser doesn't end as bad as the accused. As simple as that. And I went on to say that Nazim shouldn't be seen as the villain either (showing both sides of the coin).
Nope, because I am showing both sides of the coin. Attacking someone who disagrees with me would be to call them hypocrite, use profanity, etc. I try not to do that with you or any other thread that I remember. I have said that I would be as dissapointed as anybody if Margarito was found guilty and also that Nazim has every right to check Margarito. I am not accusing Nazim nor Margarito. That's how I try to predict fights as well, leaving it neutral. So basically you are attacking people who may not agree with you

Mosley Takes Steps to Protect Image - Los Angeles Times
Article detailing some of Shane's statement.
Mosley admits he unknowingly took BALCO steroids - Boxing - ESPN
More details after Conte starts spouting off again. Shane said he paid with check, which doesn't seem logical if he knew what he was getting.
Conte says Mosley knew of steroids - Los Angeles Times
Conte again. . .exactly at the same time he announced his book deal. He says Shane paid with cash. Shane sues for defamation - not really what you do if you are lying (Marion came clean and never once sued Conte which really was weird when they were going back and forth in the media. It smelled fishy to me then).

Lie detectors are very inaccurate, that's why they are inadmissable in court. Very unreliable.
In all honesty alot of former Balco athletes are saying the same thing.Im starting to be inclined to believe them. Its the hot new supplement place, and everybody jumps to it. Andro used to be hotter then hell,I took it,now its listed as a roid. Good thing I stopped for the sake of my hairline
Hold on a minute where is the evidence that Mike Tyson didn't rape her ? thats just your opinion that she falsely accused him, but it certainly wouldn't suprise me if he did do it, considering he is an animal outside the ring.
I think its way out of order to label someone a "slut" when you don't even know the truth, and there is no real evidence stating that he didn't do it. More often than not celebrities get away with it, because they pay people out of court, because they don't want there rep ruined. Or they have the money for some of the best lawyers in the country.

Did I attack SOMEONE who disagreed with me calling them a hypocrite or using profane language (against someone). You keep trying to look for ways around it, huh? You already saw that I am neutral on this whole case about Margarito's case and now you are trying to find other ways to get on my case. You can try looking for my spelling and grammar mistakes too (I am not 100% fluent in English yet) if you want to try something else on me.If calling someone 'like a goldigging slutty whore who falsely accuses rich men of rape' is not profane...I am not sure
what is
Let's see...a woman visiting a guy by herself to his hotel room in the late hours of the night, with sexy lingerie, champagne, they get all affectionate, etc. Why did she go? To play chess? She was pretty smart I guess to find a way to get into his wallet. It's hard to be on someone's side, in this case, Tyson, after their behavior in and out of the ring is just not something to admire.Hold on a minute where is the evidence that Mike Tyson didn't rape her ? thats just your opinion that she falsely accused him, but it certainly wouldn't suprise me if he did do it, considering he is an animal outside the ring
I wouldn't doubt it but how about those who are really really really innocent and get falsely accused (fine, I won't use terms goldigger, slut, etc. if some people get totally offended here). Even if that person is found to be innocent, his reputation is ruined anyways while the accuser is just fine. Wouldn't it be nice to have the accuser shown all over the place for falsely accusing?More often than not celebrities get away with it, because they pay people out of court, because they don't want there rep ruined. Or they have the money for some of the best lawyers in the country
Chino...i'm not looking for ways around anything. You are looking for ways around having to explain your fascination with hating women and rape.
Innocent till proven guilty. Onix? Seriously. After going after Mosely in defence of Margarito in multiple threads. Surely you jest. And watch too much tv.
