Nope, I don't assume he's innocent. That is why I am saying that Nazim has every right to check. In other topics I have said that I would be as dissapointed as anybody if he was found guilty.

Rape topic? *sigh* We can use any other topic if you want but that is the first one that came to mind when it comes to damaging someone's image/reputation. Let me explain again. Used that example because if a guy is falsely accused and the court finds him innocent, his reputation is damaged regardless of him being innocent. But what happens to the girl? NOTHING. Ok, now, if Margarito is found innocent of all this, it doesn't matter, his reputation will be damaged anyways (just like the example I used with the falsely accused guy). As of Nazim, he will be just fine, he was just "doing his job" which is TOTALLY FINE! any corner would want to make sure things are done right.

Nope, because I am showing both sides of the coin. Attacking someone who disagrees with me would be to call them hypocrite, use profanity, etc. I try not to do that with you or any other thread that I remember. I used that term for those girls who falsely accuse guys of rape to get some money. Just like Deseree Washington with Mike Tyson, that girl that accused Kobe Bryant, Bobby Bonilla, and bunch of other celebrities. These guys either go to jail like Mike Tyson or even though they may be found innocent, their reputation is ruined. A girl like that is a golddigger slut. Just used it as an example of someone who ruins someone's reputation regardless of them coming out innocent. What happens to the accuser? Nothing. What happens to the accused? A lot .

I think its way out of order to label someone a "slut" when you don't even know the truth, and there is no real evidence stating that he didn't do it. More often than not celebrities get away with it, because they pay people out of court, because they don't want there rep ruined. Or they have the money for some of the best lawyers in the country.

You already saw that I am neutral on this whole case about Margarito's case and now you are trying to find other ways to get on my case. Let's see...a woman visiting a guy by herself to his hotel room in the late hours of the night, with sexy lingerie, champagne, they get all affectionate, etc. Why did she go? To play chess? She was pretty smart I guess to find a way to get into his wallet. It's hard to be on someone's side, in this case, Tyson, after their behavior in and out of the ring is just not something to admire.

I wouldn't doubt it but how about those who are really really really innocent and get falsely accused (fine, I won't use terms goldigger, slut, etc. if some people get totally offended here).
