Vic Darchinyan on Arce - Completely Ridiculous

Yes he trash talks but he's an exciting fighter. I like watching him and his ugly style and I'm really looking forward to this fight. And it's not like Arce doesn't trash talk either. These guys need to do everything possible to get publicity and sell tickets because the lower weights just don't do it for a lot of casual boxing fans so I'd take all the trash talk with a pinch of salt.

What matters is what they do in the ring and Vic knocks people out, including a top pound for pound guy last time out. Even if you think his style is horrible and his mouth gets on your nerves you've got to respect what he does in the ring.

If you read his quotes then listen to him speak English after his fights it's clear he didn't come up with that himself. I'd put money on Gary Shaw having written it. I'm sure Vic agrees with it all but it's just to get publicity.

Really looking forward to this fight, should be a great atmosphere Arce fights are always electric. I'll be rooting for Arce all the way but I think he's getting badly outgunned personally.

Still Vic is vulnurable and Arce may be able to take a beating and then drop him with a bodyshot or something against the run of the fight.
