I think it would do more for Pac to be honest because if he wins he has beaten another bigger opponent where as if Hatton wins he beat a lot smaller man who was overhyped because he beat an over the hill ODLH.

I wouldn't say Pac is the underdog though I don't think there really is one going into this fight.
