Why PACQUIAO is the betting favorite against Hatton?

Just checked the betting odds today at Ladbrokes and PACQUIAO is installed at -275 odds while Hatton at +200 ...

Can you give the reasons why PACQUIAO is the betting favorite? Here's mine...

- PAC has a better resume

- PAC is the no. 1 P4P boxer

- PAC is the no. 1 boxer at 140 lbs. division (according to BoxRec )

Bookies also need to protect their asses in the event of either fighter winning.. They may be having a HUGGGE rush of bets on Pac and need to even up the money in the even that Pac wins.. So they are trying to entice people to put money on Hatton... So that could be something to do with it..
