What do you mean under the guise of science, evolution is science, it is a theory that has been scrutinised and tested by scientist for years and years, the latest technology is used to keep testing and scrutinising. The theory can change and evolve as we learn more some will agree and some will disagree but evidence it brought forward and questioned

Unlike religion that says here are all the answers are placed in one book and if you question any of them or you will burn in hell

Do you honestly believe they should teach Noah's ark in science class ?

Interestingly, scientist delve in fact, to my cost I know this. I new or thought I knew a scientific Fact that would bring sport forward, the test over ten years have been stringent to say the least and cost a small fortune. Nothing today gets through unless its fact, and thats a FACT

Evolution has been very conclusively proven, even more so with the recent advances in genetic technology. I think that knocks creationism on the head pretty well ...... but people can and will believe in what they want (there are creation myths in every culture and many people do believe them.)

    Good luck to them.

Shame on them for trying to teach a belief as fact in schools though.

Intelligent design seems to just be a prevaricating response to the disproving of the creation myth though? Isn't it just a convenient twisting of belief to fit around or avoid facts?

People get really het up about all this stuff though -so no offence to anyone who is either a scientific or religious fanatic out there.

Incidentally, I went to the same school as Charles Darwin - not a lot of people know that.

Science flies you to the moon.

    Religion flies you into buildings.
