Season EIGHT Leaderboard

Lets hope that the 14 fighters we're predicting on this week have all worked off the last of their Christmas turkey and we won't be getting any 'Change Of Opponant' fights.. I need 7 fights to go ahead this week in order to claw my way back from my current leaderboard humiliation!

I've missed two out of the first four weeks, the pressure is off as clearly if I lose we all know why, its like Zab Judah never really loses a fight, he just wasn't focused, low blows, etc.

I couldn't turn on the computer as there was no power, that's as good an excuse as any really. I guess I could have called somebody out of town who had power and relayed my picks to them but that's a bit creepy really.

If the power is out in your area I suggest you make a trip to the library and sign on from there. Sucks, but it's an option.

Everything was closed, power was out everywhere, just places that had generators were open.

Oh well I don't care, I probably would have tried to make cute picks and come back with nothing, as it is I can always assume I was on my way to a massive week and that's always better than dealing with reality.

Still early days and I'm still in the Top 10 so still all to play for and nobody steaming ahead yet.

Yep Champ! Thought winning a league would be my crowning glory but seeing my highlighted name slipping lower in the leaderboard for all too see is a humiliation I didn't bank on! I've gotta stop getting greedy with those round picks (but I just can't help myself!)
