Sure looks like it...must be a pretty 'adventurous' Doctor doing that surgery

.....makes me think back when he was coming up,used to wear tons of eye liner.Even scarier than that pic of Tommy's 2nd & 3rd heads are those endless stretch marks on his opponents gut...looks like he was attacked by a cougar

Sorry mate I don;t know much about any of them except what is general knowedge I guess....

I know Roids can give man breast though have seen pictures and read some shit on it but not an expert...just asking because I don't think roids would cause the deform in such a difinitive spot
