Blah....I hate this kind of shit. It's only gonna bring a negative note to the sport, should it actually hit a larger news source. That's the last thing the sport needs. If anything was amiss, blame the ref for not taking note of such things. It's his job to ensure both fighters are fighting on equal footing, and any blame should be his. I don't believe that a fighter of GSP's caliber needed any help nor that he would even welcome such an advantage. I wouldn't mind seeing the two square off again, but I'm tired of hearing about greased up fighters every time a huge name loses.

I agree. For a fighter of GSP's caliber..no need to cheat. Sad thing is if it really did happened his corner may may have denied us to witness a classic and a much more competitive fight. BJ Penn is a worldclass BJJ practitioner for fukk's sake! the way GSP passed his guard..is just unheard of. Joe Rogan mentioned during the 2nd round that it's already tough for BJ to control GSP because he seems so slick and sweaty but who would have taught it's because of fukkin vaseline.
