So, anyway Ssssskye........ whoever you are, and it doesn't really matter anyway ........ you don't need 100 posts before you can say anything and contribute more than your breasts. There are lots of very good female posters on here, but I think they're on here because they are boxing fans rather than relatives of one.

Are you a boxing fan? If you're 42, are some of your favourite or best known fighters from previous generations - the Hagler, Duran. Leonard, Hearns, Holmes era?? Did you follow the fights then? Or have you got more into the modern guys since your offspring began to get 'involved' in the sport (though I must say i am using the word loosely )

If you are his mother, how do you feel about him fighting (I've got to tell you that he is not really that good, so he looks like he's doing it because he enjoys it and wants to be the best that he can be, rather than hoping to be the next Ray Robinson. Sorry and all but I think you'll probably know this already).

That's OK though - not everyone is a world champ and at least he's got the balls to get in there. Lots of weekend warriors on here are quick to criticise fighters from their armchairs.

Yes its really Andrew's mom,I was on the phone with him when he was helping her set up her account.
We never thought he'd be the next Sugar Ray,but Ive allways thought I could improve him,he was better in this fight,and he'll be even better in his next fight.

You Gentlemen really need to get over My breasts! its a little cleavage for god sakes as for the rest of that post I must say I wouldnt be here if not for Drew pricking my interest a bit Im facinated by this and his need to be a part of it My journey here is to learn support understand and perhaps help him in this weekend warrior thing do I know who Holmes Sugar Ray Ali are yes have I seen them fight yes is this a passion for me ? no do I enjoy it yes As in many of my generation the facination began with ali and should I dare say Rocky ( loved those films!!) Loved seeing Ali's daughter in any case My contribution to this site may simply be a touch of humor or a un biased perception or perhaps a little facination will grow to a love of the sport who knows but again I didnt see any rule that said "no relatives only diehard fans" when I signed up
