    (Mondays)
    6.00am Padwork and Running with Dan
    7.00pm Corpus Christi
    Bagwork
    Shadowboxing
    Skipping
    Drills
    Cooldown
    L.I.T
    Floorwork
    (Tuesdays)
    6.00am Strength Routine (bODY)
    7.00PM St. Munchins
    Warmup
    Technique Drills
    3 Skipping
    3 Bagwork
    3 Partnered Movement
    Ab Routine
    3 Shadowboxing
    3 MMA drills
    3 Defense Drills
    Technique Drills
    Cooldown

    (Wednesdays)
    6.00am Padwork and running
    7.00pm Corpus Christi
    Whatever the trainer Declan says really, sparring sometimes

    (Thursdays)
    6.00am Weights
    7.00pm St. Munchins
    The Same or similar to Tuesday
    (Friday)
    8.00am Routine tba

    Saturday Sunday
    Whatever I can get at the moment.

    Alright back to it...
    My fitness and strength are up, have simply been running and liftin g the past number of weeks. Weight is sky high as a result.....
