Ive thought Arce all along ,but yesterday studied Vics new style a bit closer.
He looks alot like Popeye the sailor man, doesnt he?

is this fight really any good to stay up for for us brits?im in two minds on wether to stay up in the early hours of the morning to watch this bout.Please could someone give me some real great reasons why i need to stay up til 2am to watch this fight.I'll watch any weight division fights due to me lovely boxing soo much but trufully i've never heard of these fighters and i need some good feedback on how the fight will be for me to stay up and watch it!!Respect and thanks!

I dont think Arce has a chance......Arce even seems to lack the confidence to say I am going to KO Vic without a doubt.......From what I read Arce said he thinks the fight will end in a KO but doesnt seem confident Arce will be the one standing....Maybe I am wrong or maybe he isnt a real cocky SOB.....

Anyway I think Arce has been in too many wars and doesnt have the power to keep Vic off him....Vic KO 6

I hope I am wrong though and Vic gets brutally KO'ed lays unconcious for 10 minutes than gets up and says "I was never hurt, I didnt go down, they shouldnt have stopped the fight...I was robbed" (even if this happens I would never wish anyone including Vic is seriously hurt just unconcious for a bit)

I also see it in Arce's eyes, the determination to topple Darchi... Arce lost to Darchi the early battle of trashtalking... Arce got silenced this time but I see his determination to make it up inside the ring...

Yes, Jorge can stop Vic with that body punches... Jorge will force the fight inside while at the same time evading Vic's powerful punches going in...

Hope I'm right considering I picked Darchi to defeat Mijares last time around... But you know, style makes fights...

It'll be a FOTY candidate I think. I'm still of the opinion Darchinyan will win but I hope Arce does it. Just watched the first fight with Hussein again to get me in the mood. Man that was a brutal fight and shows Arce can take some punishment as well as dish it out.

Arce has more skill and is the better fighter, but Darchinyan has superb power and I'm concerned that him being a southpaw (although very one dimensional) and his strength could be too much tonight. 3 Years ago at 112 I'd have said Arce would have taken Vic to school, but tonight I'm picking Vic.

Hope Arce beats the shit outta him though.

I 100% am rooting for Arce to win, however I'm only around 20% confident that he will.

He's gone life and death in most of his past few fights and against nobodies. Vic looks to have too much for him imo.

But this is one fight I'd love to be wrong. I'm a big Arce fan, great fun to watch and I really hope he manages to pull it off.
