All the respect in the world to Mosley but to me he would get his ass handed to him by Floyd. I hope this fight does happen though it would interest me.

man I would love to see been wanting it for years....50/50 with the tide rolling for mosley...but floyd wont take it if he does he will wait until mosley looks completely old and on his death bed.

Ironically enough floyd would probably convince himself that a rematch with hatton is better for his legacy, if hatton manages to beat pacman.

I think Floyd Mayweather is completely overrated from 140 pounds up. I think if the fight were to happen within the next 6 months Mosley would win. However, I dont think we will be seeing Floyd fight again. And if he does it wont be against another genuine 147 fighter.

I totally agree with you, he beat some very good fighters getting up to 140, imagine if he fought Hatton at 140 or Tszyu. Then Cotto, Pot Paws and Mosley at Welter, could have been some great fights.

I will give him props for the DLH fight at 154 but the cash worth the risk to him.

Beating a totally shot Mitchell, a war torn Gatti, Zab Judah, Baldomir etc. It's wasted talent if you ask me and he totally overrated himself talking about true greats like SRL and comparing himself to them.

I think people have jumped on the Mosley bandwagon ridiculously because of his fight against Margarito. Yes, he looked amazing against Margarito & IMO he is an ATG, but it can't be forgotten that on more than one occasion he's looked weaker against top class boxers, particularly guys who are good defensively & good thinkers in the ring, eg ODLH 2nd fight, Forrest, Wright. I mean it was only last September he was outboxed for most rounds by Mayorga, so I don't buy this Mosley batters PBF to a pulp stuff, I think Mayweather would do what everyone doesn't want him to and box his way to victory. Let's face it, what would the point be of him engaging in a war with a guy with a chin as good as Mosley's. He's out to win for himself, not to entertain us.

I dont know man,I think Mosley was the stronger fighter in the DLH rematch and it showed in the late rounds,Oscar was more focused and sharp early but Shane was moving DeLaHoya. This is one fight where Lampley must have basically had his script typed up prior to the match,He went over board smoozing alllll over Oscar that night. In with Wright you could see it,Mosley had little effect on a very sturdy natural 154 defensive wiz,try as he might.
