No the fanboy comment wasn't aimed at you youngster...just one of my bugbears. I also apologise for replying to your humour with some of my own, I just felt that the smiley was a bit dull. I will attempt in future to accompany all such posts with a:

Awwww, shush bro, i was joking. I just think the word fanboy is purposely derogatory, and is used when somebody wants to discredit someone else's argument instead of putting forward a proper well expressed counter. And it's often the trigger that leads to more personal name-calling etc, cause it's a term that encompasses a number of negative aspects.

Just my own personal view, and in no way a reflection on anybody else's or the site's views.
