Haye would definitely get a lesson in pacing himself. Toney is near impossible to KO and I could easily see Toney pulling a Dominick Guinn on him (except Guinn has a great chin).

I think if Toney could get in some sort of shape, he could beat Haye.
Im still not convinced on Haye's stamina...
that been said i wouldn't have any confidence in Toney training seriously
