The rematch always makes sense all the time or else as one poster here pointed out, Darchi will forever be known as Nonito's little bitch... We, Donaire supporters can live with that...

    ......... ..........

Regarding your statement that "Donaire has done nothing at 115", this one also I can't agree... Donaire has done something at 115, he was the former NABF 115 champion!! For whatever it's worth, it's still an accomplishment for a boxer and it cannot be just considered as nothing... Of course Montiel and Darchi has done more at 115 compared to Nonito, they are the current regular world champs...
    .
Your just contradicting yourself! If you say Darchinyan/ Montiel is the bigger fight then as a boxing fan would you want to see the bigger fight 1st? If you answer no then you might want to think about following another sport! The best fighting the best in the biggest fights is want I want to see!!! So logically Darchinyan/ Donaire 2 doesn't make sense at this time... after a Darchinyan/ Montiel fight sure... Donaire supporters can live with whatever they want if a rematch never happens... at the moment I see Darchinyans name on the P4P list not Donaires! Darchinyan has worked on his legacy since the KO loss, whereas Donaires may be going down the drain after the Martinez fight!

As for accomplishments at 115, winning an meaningless trinket does nothing to increase a case for a rematch before Darchinyan/ Montiel is made! But if your into following totally worthless belts I'm sure you'll be happy to hear Francis Botha had a similar worthless accomplishment winning a crap trinket recently!
All I say is Donaire-Montiel, Donaire-Darchi, Montiel-Darchi are all sensible fights, just don't say Donaire-Darchi does not make sense...

Regarding accomplishments, it's clear Donaire made some at 115 and made tremendous accomplishment at 112 by trashing the once perceived indestructible force at 112 who is now widely known as Nonito's little whore...

Why is that? Cuz he beat him? So technically that would make Donaire Rosendo Sanchez little biitch, right? Or little whore. Whatever you want to call it.

Coz he KTFO of him. It was a KO of the year winner. Vic Darchinyan got beaten fair and square. No weight issues, or any controversies. Gary Shaw shitted on himself when he saw that left hook landed. He knew he fukked up. His main man is down. Is Donaire a one-hit wonder? a flash in the pan? Maybe. Could be. Unless he proves himself to the world that he's top notch. Does Darchinyan needs to avenge his humiliating loss? Yes. almost every great fighter did so. When they are humbled by a loss, they can't wait for payback time. Lennox Lewis after getting KTFO by Rahman did revenge in a more devastating fashion. Roy Jones in his prime after being disqualified against Griffin wanted vindication and guess what it took him a round to do so. Izzy against Rafa. and the list goes on..They all like the taste of vengeance. as of being Donaire's biitch..yeah I think he still is unless he avenge his KO loss and shadows his humiliating loss. Hell Im a big Erik Morales fan and until now I still brag to my buddies about his win against Pac when they first fought. I know he got his as*s steamrolled twice but I just can't get over it. That was sweet..So regardin these Donaire hugger,we can't really blame them if they act like a*ssholes. Talk the talk. walk the walk. they got all the rights.

For the record.. I think Darchinyan/ Montiel would be awesome. I was actually expecting Donaire to be Montiel's next opponent but I can live with that.Btw Montiel beats both of them IMO.

I know what Donaire did to Darchinyan. Good for him. But that happened almost 2 years ago. What's he going to do? Live off that for the rest of his career? He ain't done shiit since. And it's his own fault. When he was with Shaw he got 2 title fights on ShowTime in a 4 months span. Since he left Shaw he's fought one time in a year. Against a mediocre opponent that wasn't televised on HBO or ShowTime. It wasn't even on ESPN or Versus. His next fight as of right now isn't set to be telivised either. Is this the type of exposure he wanted?

It could all just be bad luck. He made the right choice. Top Rank is a lot more credible than Showtime. Remember he was supposed to fight Montiel next. and his previous fight was supposed to make him shine. He didn't. It's just bad luck. Or maybe a case of ring rust. Or maybe he really is just a one-hit wonder. We can't tell just yet.

The fight with Darchinyan was held in a small casino in Connecticut. Not a PPV fight as well. And we all knew Gary Shaw taught Darchinyan would walk over Donaire. And the title defense was good. It should be mandatory. Plus Shaw could have been thinking he has a new pet. But after that there came the promotional issues. He was in purgatory for a while and apparently it was intentional. That's when he left Shaw. His next fight in the Philippines would be a much bigger fight than his fight against Darchinyan venue wise. what made that fight 'big' was the upset and the KO of the year. but if Darchinyan won as usual it would have been a forgetable fight. His next fight has good undercards. Of course it won't be televised by Showtime cuz Shaw owns it. Top Rank would do the telecast, I'm sure they have one.

Donaire wanted to be expose to the filipino crowd, he wanted to be appealing to his people. He was born in the philippines but raise in california. He knows its the filipino people that will back him up all the way and they will be the ones buying tickets and ppv to watch him. Gary shaw can't do that for him. Top Rank Boss Bob Arum can.

It has been about 2 years since his win over vic, but Nonito is only 26 or 25 years old. He has a lot of time to accomplish many things. Before Nonito, Vic fought lots of low level oppenent. Vic had no choice but to accomplish a lot more then Nonito in the 2 years since his defeat. Vic is already 32 I think, if a rematch is to happen it will likely be vics last fight.

I can't see why would anybody argue that Nonito moving to Top ranks is a bad move. Gary shaw isn't going to take nonito nowhere, Bob arum can make him bigger.

I stop reading after that. That just makes no sense.

It don't change the fact that all Donaire has on his resume is Darchinyan. That's it. How long is he going to ride that for?

Whatever. Main events. Shobox. I honestly have no idea what exactly his promotional company. Didn't care if he partly owned Showtime or what. As far as I knew Chad Dawson is his only 'potential' 'future' PPV fighter left. Gone are the days when he was one of the bigger pimps. The old guy is broke ala Don King.
