Russian called Raminov came up with it , studied runners photos for years and changed the running style it helps you run using your body with gravity instead of against it. Less impact less injurys, you dont incorparate the heel. the upper body propels you forward by this you use less energy in theory. having seen it and tried it, I was impressed.
