I understand the impact of vaseline but I think that GSP has evolved a lot since the first fight, Greg Jackson had a great gameplan and GSP is just too athletic for BJ. I highly doubt a rematch will turn out any different.

I think most can admit that the result of that fight (being lopsided) was a shock to most. BJ (for all intensive purposes) beat GSP in their first fight. (split decision) It seemed that George was too hell bent to lose on that day and if I were a betting man I'd probably say he could not have lost that day.
BUT! Cheating is cheating no matter how you arrive at it. I believe GSP didn't have anything to do with it going down the way it did. Hence my suggestion to fire his corner staff. It is reprehensible for his corner to not know the rules - period.
You never know though - BJ hooks in one of those triangles and winds GSP a little and lands a few shots of his own in the process and the tide may have turned. Anything is possible.
Never forget our brothers that have fallen - Remember Gerald McClellan.
if they have a third fight I really hope its later. BJ has some big fights at LW. Let him fight Florian, Sanchez and Edgar if he gets by Sherk. Let GSP fight Leites/Condit/Shields/Silva then do it. UFC isn't stupid, BJ needs to regain his luster before this sells. That being said my money is on GSP all day every day.

GSP can't beat him standing..Henderson/Lutter/Marquardt couldn't either get him on the ground or keep him there. GSP will be game and might take 1-2 rounds by out hussling Silva but in the end he will be on the wrong end of a UD.
