It's plain to see now that Clinton froze against Tarver rather than him being shot, shame really because that was a winnable fight with Clinton at 100%.

I think Clinton is getting on now and should look for a big fight/payday before he calls it quits.

Clinton is a home bird, he could take on any light heavy in his home town just not in the USA.

Im under the impression the guy is just a very solid boxer that doesnt have it in him to make that next step up and never will do.

Keep him in sheffield now and let him just make a decent buck fighting 2nd tier opponents now before calling it a day.

I see him as becoming a gatekeeper to the title, should maybe let him take on some of the up and comers at LHW.

I like Clinton, good honest professional. Blew it against a Tarver who was there for the taking. Maybe he could have been marketed better, but I don't think he'll cry over it as he's had many many opportunities in his career.

Thats all he ever has been really . I duno how he managed to ever beat Johnson but I think Clinton has something missing that will stop him from ever becoming a true world class performer.

I hope for his own health he doesnt fight Dawson .
