Kyrgyzstan would be one (though I'm guessing the spelling) and i think Tajikistan was one too.

After whom was the Spanish city of Barcelona named ....... and what is it's historical connection with the city of Cartagena?

Ok I'm thinking Barcelona was named after Fernando Barcelona, the famous Spaniard.

I am not sure of the Cartegenia connection. Maybe something to do with The Moors?
