For a runner I can see the benefits, but style wise for Boxers and other sports I can see a problem.Utility of movement while running will make for less energy loss, so better times running.You will no doubt attain better velocity, so at the end of the day the same V O 2 max. Its just your muscle memory adaption might be a problem with other sports, Im still out on it
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
