Why do people hate Amir Khan so much? (Ring article attached)

Muslim and Pakistani is what I beleive as to why he garners so much hatred. Another poster from England mentioned awhile ago (can't recall the thread) that he was at his local bar where Khan was fighting and he was caught by surprise by the amount of racial obcenities towards Khan...and this was IN ENGLAND. The same country Khan won a Silver Medal for.

The thing I find most amusing on this forum is the NUMBER of excuses posters use to slag Khan when IMO, it's clearly evident that they are using this excuses to express their inner hatred towards Khan simply because of his ethnic and religious background. Of course, they will not come out and say it as they will be seen as 'racist' so why not slag him for his 'glass chin' and 'his ducking competition'.

Its probably a mixture of everything, so what,chill out.

I dont dislike any race, I like Indian better. I do like Pakistanis but I couldn't eat a whole one.

Yeah, that's what I said, I don't deny that his race does play a role for some people, but its not the only reason that somebody might dislike him.
Although I think you should specify that you are at the very least an equal opportunities cannibal otherwise sanchez will be after you
