No. The Telegraph is the British army/establishment newspaper and it tends to get breathless about stuff like this. It's only garage door openers, they sell them eveywhere. If they can get them in Iraq they can get them in Pakistan.

The Telegraph is well known for making this stuff up on a regular basis. It also is not averse to joining in 'witchhunts' throughout its history. It had some very disturbing attitudes to Nazi Germany throughout the 30s.
