in kidnappings, 2nd only to Mexico City!!
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Yes and that is also sad.
The city of Phoenix itself had 370 reported kidnappings in 2008, this was reported on my local news, so I don't have a link, but it does not include the surrounding cities, such as Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Anthem, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Laveen, Avondale, Sun City, Queen Creek, Good Year, Marana and Casa Grande

I have family that stay in Phoenix i even stayed there for a summer myself when i was younger. My little cousin says its hard as hell to find a part time job there she put like 15 applications she said.
off topic i know
i didnt know Phoenix was that bad![]()
That's strange about your cousin, I understand right now that it's difficult to find a part time job, but under normal circumstances there is always work out here, it's really the only reason people would live so far away from a natural water source
We have our share of crime, we don't have a many homicides as LA or B-more, but things get stolen all the time, including people it seems.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
that documentary louis theroux did on philladelphia(killadelphia) stills in my mind.
I often knock the london metropolitan police force for being too easy on suspected gangs/muggers etc but damn its a whole different world when you see somewhere like philladelphia.
The gangs pretty much run and control everything upto and maybe even including the police force!!
scary shit!
you'll have to rename them. You think of Italians when the Mafia is mentioned.
The burrito bandidos?
