Yea he did the same thing the year before but wasn't in with a puncher.....might have been Earl.

He was allowed to eat on the day of the fight but leading up to the fight he had to stick to his fasting schedule.

What kind of nonce signs up a fight knowing they will be fasting? It isn't like it's a big secret date.

so all the time leading up to fight he was a good muslim but not on the day of the fight? Sounds like all the good muslims I know who drink alcohol.

this may sound dumb and be a stupid question but is there anything a fighter actually does to try and improve his chin ?!?

Ok he can work on his defence - but what else ?

Just work on his defence really.

Feel a bit sorry for the kid. Got a lot of ability but poor punch resistance.

i have heard of boxers working on there neck muscle to help improve there chins and also the old generation used to chew root sticks or something like that.... don't know if it helps though but would imagine training the neck would.

Yeah it does. the traps - trapezius muscles - these muscles absorb the impact that short circuit the nerves which is the primary cause of collapsing when a fighter gets hit by a punch..
An empty can is always noisy.

It lies between the head and the body. I think it's called the frenulum.

well all I know is he can make his neck wider than his head but the first wind of a punch that wafts across his jaw his putting him on his backside.

He can thicken his neck . Holyfield did it . He got floored by a cruiserweight in Cooper then got a big neck and Tyson and Lewis couldnt drop him

Kahns neck is bigger than it was . If you watch earlier interviews and watch him now there is a big difference.
