OK so you are basing your argument on this guy Krayeske not being a member of the media? Maybe it is a reasonable question from a student but it was an improper time to ask it and Krayeske didn't take into account #1 the money that (men AND women's) basketball makes for the school and #2 If Jim Calhoun is making such great money then he's more than likely forking over a great deal of it to the State and Federal Government via taxes.

What he was purposing was lowering income taxes,not capital gains taxes.

He was purposing lowering FICA taxes,the taxes that come out of working peoples paychecks before they can even cash them,not capital gains or estate taxes.
