What Scary film really scared you shitless?

I haven't read through the thread, so this may have already come up, but has anybody seen 'The Strangers' - fucking orrible it is

I thought it had a good premise & atmosphere at the start but began to lose it a bit because the main characters kept just doing too much stupid shit

i thought it was pretty scary in parts but agree it did lose itself later on in film. wouldnt of liked to see it at the cinema though bet it was freaky watchin it on a big screen, prefered 'vancancy' though

yeah i thought Vacancy did the same thing in a much more effective way even if it didn't try to be as sinister as The Strangers. I remember Vacancy at the cinema shit my girlfriend right up

my wife wouldnt go to the cinema to watch it with me, i had to watch it on my computer & it was bloody good film scary as shit some parts.so at cinema would of been great!
