On the outside slip on the str rght lead, the right hook and str rght counters are simultaneous, the punch is the slip. I'm sorry I should have typed that it is unavoidable unless you throw the right hand properly. By 'properly' I mean , in particular, not moving the right hand until your shoulders reach the cnterline and keeping your chin down.
