I'll take what HBO published, PAC with 25" arm length, Hatton with only 20"... At first I thought Hatton is taller than PAC but HBO showed Hatton is shorter... So in reality, Hatton is the midget here being the shorter guy with very short arms...

So u believe Hattons shoulders are 8 inches wider than Manny's?
