Who has more claim over the pac - hatton winner?

I think those guys need to fight to determine who gets the winner.

I think that would be the logical choice but Mosely has made it clear he wants to fight the Hatton-Pac winner before he fights Cotto again. I think either one of them would have problems with moving down to 140, should Hatton win (as he most likely wouldn't want to fight there). If Pac wins I guess it will be a little more simple since as far as I can tell Pac made the weight with relitive perfection.
