I like Buncey, i dont know if its cuz we have so little other options on our tellys but i like what he has to say and his enthusiasm.

He can be a bit of a dick, he can say some stupid shit, he does his fair share of brown nosing when he has to, but most of the time he reminds me more of a boxing fan than a boxing pundit which is what i like.

and 2 other points, 1 hes so much less annoyin that the goon that goes into the dressin rooms on ITV coverage of boxin, that guys a true tit i dont even think he likes boxing. and 2, he pissed Hopkins off big time once. Quality.

I agree with pretty much all of that, and really WHO can blame him for being scared of Hopkins that time. There are also times where he does actually show that he knows what he's talking about, like the other night where he said he didn't even know whether they shoulda put Khan near MAB, let alone Diaz or Marquez

Buncey can be a dick sometimes, and like others have said do all the brown nosing when it needs to be done, but really he just makes the talk more interesting than any other channel... clearly, because everyones talking about him on here!

Don't see anyone posting topics about Barry McGuigan or the dudes on Sky Sports, basically because although they may know what they're talking about, they don't have as much gusto or interest, or even harsh opinions like Buncey does... I kinda welcome him, can be a breath of fresh air a lot of the time.... and no, I'm not brown nosing him :P

Although I did like how he got on about Joe Cortez a little while back, can't remember who fought now but took him 10 mins to make a DQ decision which in an interview afterward was apparently clear in his mind... that guy has no business reffing top matches

I think Max does a solid job, and I'm always confused about why so many people here seem to act like Max stole their girlfriend.
