I think your stretching a bit, Pacquiao has a very tough fight, against the worst style this side of Mayweather in Ricky Hatton.

It could be a stretch but I think Team Hatton will have difficulties on deciding what will be the correct strategy... Go heavy and lose speed? Box or brawl? These are just some of the many factors...

PAC this early was installed as the clear 2 to 1 favorite since oddsmakers consider that Hatton's usual come forward brawling style is made for PAC... PAC will have a field day hitting Hatton... unless Team Hatton can come up with the perfect stragedy...

    You are totally raving, Saddoboxer.

154 is about right for Hatton, that or a few pounds give or take. Anything else would be a bit off.

Hatton was 152 in his last fight...

When he is rehydrated 2 pounds isn't a lot. Boiling down and forcing carbs/fluid out of your body maybe... but hydrated on fight night?

    2 pounds?

I lose more than that when I takea shit

"Ricky Hatton knows his bulldozing style of fighting won’t be good enough to beat Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas on May 2. Instead, he will rely on hand speed and punching power."

"Kostya was a great punching powerhouse but I bulldozed him into submission,” Hatton said Monday. “But in my last fight against Malignaggi, who is a speed merchant, I ended up out-boxing him and out-speeding him. In the end I beat him up."

Make up your mind Ricky... Stop panicking... Box or brawl?

because he couldn't possibly have a game plan that involves fighting and boxing!
Use your head, what he's saying is that he can do both. Get the fanboy blinkers off.

Doesn't matter really which style Hatton gonna use... Hatton already accepted that his brawling style will not be enough to overwhelm PAC and if he uses a boxing style, his 20 inches very short arm length is so much a disadvantage to box outside...

Box or brawl or both... doesn't matter really...

When did he say that he couldn't out fight pacman?

I love how you're saying "he's in panic mode, he's accepted that he can't out fight pacman because Pac is too much" etc etc what are you basing this on?

Anybody can read what Hatton is saying and see it for what it is, I want to be the first to congratulate you for sharing Pac's nationality but I think that the abstract conclusions you seem to be coming to are reached on the basis that all of Pac's opponents are in awe of him as you are.

    Not the case I'm afraid...

If a pac opponent gives examples of when they've out boxed a slick boxer and been able to overcome a power puncher it's not because they are panicking/afraid/anxious/terrified of pac and don't know what to do because he is literally a god... it's because they are giving examples of the tools they have to use against him.

You guys are worse then the pre-Calzaghe Kessler fanboys.

I think many will give the speed advantage to PAC and punching power is just even... But what is the use of punching power if you can't hit your opponent cleanly?

    .
He will probably mix it up when he sees the need for it so Manny can't get into a rhythm, why does he have to announce his strategy? Also give it a rest about arm length and shit, Hatton never boxes on the outside he uses movement to get him in punching range, always has.

There you go, why does he has to announced his every plan and stragedy? Is it a ploy to confuse the opponent? If this is their purpose then sorry it won't work. PAC been in many fights (50 plus) and he knows how to deal an opponent.

So why the many announcements? Is it an indication that they're already in panic mode? IMO, it's an indication...
